Step Out to Fight Diabetes

Hey Everybody!

I just wanted to let you all know about a great opportunity to help those in your community with Diabetes! The University of Utah College of Pharmacy is participating in a fund-raising community walk event on Saturday September 29th. We have a team made up of students, faculty and anyone else who would like to participate representing the College of Pharmacy. The main route is from Heritage Park to the Hogle Zoo, but you can choose from either a 2.5, 4 or 5 mile route.
Our fund-raising goal was $3,000 this year, which we have already exceeded because of people like you, so keep the donations coming or become a part of the pharmacy team that will step out to fight Diabetes! We rely on donations, both large and small, to keep our research in progress. I unfortunately will be unable to attend this event so you will not see my name on the team list, but I hope you will all feel free to join in without me.
