Cha-Cha-Cha-Chia...Lawn

We are trying some new seed/mulch stuff we found at a garden store to see if it will help the lawn grow back super quick. We are also trying a different fertilizer used often for dog spots. I'll let you know if it works!

Burnt Lawn....Arrgggggghhh!

Does anybody have any proven ways to prevent dog pee from making yellow polka dots out of their lawn.....and/or ways to fix an already burnt lawn?
It is driving me absolutely batty!
